The EASE Model for Change

EASE has designed a unique, completely integrated system specifically to support and augment collaborative large-scale change.

EASE’s on-line services enable groups and organizations to join together, plan, share knowledge, initiate programs, track progress and generate funding for their programs.

EASE offers its core change model in two ways

• The EASE Change Suite™ - a “toolbox” that incorporates social networking, performance management and an innovative consumer purchasing program that continuously flows resources back to the group’s purpose. EASE provides the tools that allow organization(s) employing the EASE system to achieve goals swiftly and efficiently.


• EASE Initiatives™ are complete systems that groups such as universities, cities or youth programs can use to manage large-scale collaborative change. These systems enable a broad range of stakeholders and interests to connect, align, perform and fund their work together.
