EASE Ventures LLC is a for-profit company that develops innovative services, licenses these to groups and also uses its EASE Marketplace transaction-fee revenues for community empowered philanthropy.
EASE Foundation, a member of Trust Counselor's Network - a 501(c)3 non-profit company, focuses on environmental and social philanthropic work. This legal structure makes it easier for EASE to work within the requirements of many foundations and their programs. Every donation to EASE Foundation is fully tax deductable.
