EASE also offers the option of an integrated purchase-based funding service that can help generate significant additional income for the purpose. As an integrated full-system, EASE helps change efforts to scale their best practices quickly and effectively and sustain operations and growth over time.

EASE provides a personally meaningful online experience in which each person can engage based upon individual interests and goals.  In EASE, groups can provide their participants with the following capabilities, offered in four-stages:

• EASE Collaboration™ brings people and organizations together in person and online to work together productively and in alignment for their shared purpose, projects, resources and goals. Deep profiling of participants and content in the context of the change goals enables efficient search and meaningful knowledge sharing.
  
• EASE Performance™is a scorecarding system that helps groups define goals and implement, track and evaluate their progress.  Progress on goals and tasks are easily visible at different levels and across boundaries.  Scorecarding is the basis of transparent reporting of work and financial flows.
• EASE Marketplace™ is an integrated online marketplace that enables individuals and groups to direct a portion of their spending towards their organizational goals.  EASE shares its Marketplace transaction fees 50/50 with the convening organization.
• EASE Marketplace with Fund Pools™ enables Marketplace funding to fuel change at all levels around a shared purpose, from a community to large-scale impact.   In this service, grassroots groups form oversight councils, govern and direct their own fund pools.  Within EASE, community groups can partner with larger organizations to share resources and develop solutions together.  In EASE, each participating organization will fund and govern its own actions, working in coordination with each other and the purpose they all support.
