Team Intent
We developed the EASE offerings because we felt the current models for large-scale collaborative change were not working – a new approach was needed. We saw that the traditional top-down ‘large systems’ approach was proving inefficient and ineffective in engaging people to change behaviors in ways that meet goals.
Believing in our abilities and our understanding of how lasting change takes root, we have created a new model to speed impact and broaden engagement. We now offer this model and its visionary systems to those intending to make a positive difference in any area of purpose.
We care deeply about the world and the quality of life of its inhabitants. We are passionate about the well being of every person, their opportunities to thrive, the environment and for good governance.
Team Experience
Our Team has decades of experience in market strategies, advertising, technology, telecommunications, lean manufacturing and system design for mass markets. We have led complex change in industry and in by taking leadership roles in the non-profit sector. Our leaders have diverse, proven success over long careers.
