Adam Pattantyus, VP/Business Development

Adam is an experienced business processes professional and social change leader. In mid-2008 Adam joined Susan Mills to found Merrimack Management Associates (MMA), a consultancy focused on social systems innovation. Within EASE, Adam leads its business development, sponsor relations and community outreach services.

Adam has 25 years of experience in management and engineering.  He has worked primarily in New England with enterprises ranging from Fortune 500 companies to venture-backed start-ups.  For the past decade, Adam's work has focused on clean technology and socially responsible businesses. He has worked in company leadership and management, strategy, product development, program management and organizational development. Adam holds degrees in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.  In the mid-80's, Adam was a Captain in the US Army in Europe.

Active in community sustainability interests, Adam served as a founding board member of New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility, former board Member /Treasurer  of Sustainable Step New England and presently is a board member of Community Dialogues in New Hampshire.
